Andrew Hanigan

Managing Director, BCom, ACA, AFSIA

Andrew joined Lee Kelly in 2010 with over 20 years of experience in the finance and insurance industry. Andrew is a chartered accountant commencing his career with KPMG. He has held senior roles with Lend Lease Corporation and Employers Mutual Limited, where he was CFO and head of business development. Andrew was also on the board of EML. At Suncorp, Andrew was a portfolio manager for its national workers compensation and TMF businesses.

Andrew has daily operational responsibility for all investigations and his experience and business acumen shows in every report that is delivered by Lee Kelly. His ability to understand customer's needs and drive the business in a positive way, ensures that Lee Kelly continues to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Andrew is a member of the Australian Insurance Law Association and a licenced investigator. Andrew is a keen cyclist and does his bit for the environment by often riding to work.

Lou Collier

Head of Complex Investigations, LLB

Lou joined Lee Kelly in 1990 and is a qualified lawyer. He is one of our most experienced investigators and covers all areas of expertise and service. Lou is sought by our key customers to undertake litigated, common law and recovery investigations.

Lou is typical of a Lee Kelly investigator: loyal, discreet and professional at all times. His dry sense of humor is well appreciated by our stakeholders.

Carolyn Armstrong

Office Manager, BCom

Carolyn manages our day-to-day operations including file allocation, work-in-progress and report management systems. Carolyn is usually the first point of contact for enquiries right across the business.

You will find Carolyn warm, friendly and very easy to deal with. Carolyn enjoys the outdoors, keeping fit and active and taking part in events that support a good cause.

Geoff Kelly

Executive Director, LLB

Geoff has worked with Lee Kelly since 1980, after practicing as a lawyer. Geoff has over 31 years of experience as a licenced investigator. After retiring as Managing Director in 2011, he still is closely involved in Lee Kelly's operations. He now runs ESPC Services Pty Limited which investigates ethics and personal conduct matters.

Despite a busy schedule, Geoff manages to find time for his passions of skiing and sailing.
